  • Seeing your space in person is the only way to give you an accurate quote, not a rough guess. It also lets us understand your priorities and tailor the cleaning to exactly what you need, so there are no surprises for either of us.

  • We proudly serve Edmonds and the surrounding communities, including Lynnwood, Mountlake Terrace, Shoreline, Mukilteo, Mill Creek, Brier, and Woodway.

Not sure if you're in our area? Just ask.

Pricing & Payment

  • For residential cleaning, we charge a flat rate per visit, quoted for your home, so you always know the full cost up front. Your rate is based on the size of your home, how often we clean, and the type of visit. Regular cleanings cost less per visit, since a maintained home stays lighter. We'll confirm your exact flat rate at your free walkthrough.

  • Every home is quoted as a flat visit price, so there's no hourly minimum to track. We'll give you your full price at your walkthrough, with no surprises.

  • We make payment simple and secure. Payment is due after each clean, and we accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure booking system. For recurring clients, we can keep a card securely on file so each visit is billed automatically; there's no need to be home or handle payment in person.

Our Team & Trust

  • Our professional cleaning teams are trained to a high standard and take real pride in their work. Whenever possible, we send the same team to your space so they get to know your home or business and your preferences over time.

  • Whenever possible, yes. We do our best to send the same team to your home each visit, so they get to know your space and your preferences over time and you always see familiar, trusted faces. On the occasion a regular team member is unavailable, we'll always send an equally trained and vetted member of the Soundview team.

  • Yes. Every member of our team is background-checked and carefully vetted because we know you're trusting us with your space and your peace of mind.

  • Yes. Soundview Cleaning Co. is fully licensed, bonded, and insured, so you can feel completely confident and protected every time we're in your space.

  • Not at all. Many of our clients provide access and go about their day. Whatever you're most comfortable with, we'll work around it, and we treat every space with the same care and respect whether you're there or not.

The Cleaning Itself

  • A little prep goes a long way. Our team focuses on cleaning your home, not picking up personal items, so we ask that you tidy away clutter, clothing, dishes, toys, and any valuables or fragile items from the surfaces you'd like us to clean before we arrive. The clearer the surfaces, the more time we can spend making your home shine. Please also secure any pets away from the areas being cleaned. Beyond that, just let us in and leave the rest to us.

  • Yes, we come fully equipped with everything needed for a thorough clean, so you never have to supply a thing. Prefer we use a product you love? Just let us know during your walkthrough.

  • Green, eco-friendly products are available on request. Just let us know, and we'll tailor our approach to your preferences.

  • A standard clean covers the everyday essentials across your home: kitchens and bathrooms cleaned and sanitized, floors vacuumed and mopped, surfaces and fixtures dusted and wiped, and general tidying throughout. It's designed to keep an already-maintained home consistently fresh. For anything deeper, like inside the oven, interior windows, or baseboards, we offer a full menu of add-on services you can include anytime.

  • A standard clean maintains an already-tidy space, focusing on the surfaces and areas used most. A deep clean is a detailed, top-to-bottom reset that reaches the spots regular cleaning doesn't, like baseboards, buildup, and detail work. We recommend starting with a deep clean before beginning recurring service.

  • Absolutely. We offer a full menu of add-on services, and every clean is built around your space and priorities. If there's something specific you'd like us to focus on, just let us know.

  • It depends on the size of your home, the type of clean, and how often we visit, so we'll give you a clear time estimate at your walkthrough. Deep cleans and first-time visits typically take longer than recurring upkeep. Since we price by the job and not the hour, a larger team just gets your home done faster, at no extra cost to you.

  • We love animals, and for the safety of both your pets and our team, we ask that pets be secured away from the areas being cleaned during your visit, whether that's a separate room, a crate, or outside. This keeps everyone comfortable, prevents any pet from slipping out while our team comes and goes, and lets us work efficiently. Just let us know in advance about any pets in the home so we can plan around them.

  • Yes. Our move-in / move-out cleaning is a complete, top-to-bottom clean of an empty home, including inside cabinets and drawers, appliances, closets, and every surface, so the space is ready to hand over or move into. It's a popular choice for renters, homeowners, landlords, and real estate agents. We'll confirm the details and scope at your walkthrough.

Scheduling & Policies

  • As often as you'd like: weekly, every other week, monthly, or as a one-time service. Recurring clients enjoy our best rates, since regular upkeep keeps your space consistently easy to maintain.

  • We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning. Because your team is scheduled and reserved specifically for your visit, cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a charge of 50% of the service total. We understand life happens, so if something comes up, just reach out as early as you can and we'll do our best to work with you. For commercial clients, cancellation and rescheduling terms are outlined in your service agreement.

  • Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right, let us know within 24 hours and we'll make it right. That's the Soundview standard.

  • We offer residential cleaning Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We'll work with you to find a recurring time that fits your schedule, and if you ever need something outside those hours, just ask, we'll do our best to accommodate.

Commercial Cleaning

  • We serve offices, small commercial spaces, retail, salons, studios, and similar client-facing environments, along with post-construction and renovation cleanup. If you're not sure whether your space is a fit, just ask.

  • We keep it simple with two options: a flat monthly rate for recurring office cleaning and janitorial service, so you have one predictable number to budget around, or a flat project quote for one-time, deep, and post-construction cleans, based on the size and scope of your space. We'll confirm everything before you commit to anything.

  • Yes. We schedule commercial cleaning around your operations, including evenings and early mornings, so we're never in the way of your business or your customers. We'll set a time that keeps your workflow uninterrupted.

  • Yes. We work on a schedule that fits your business, whether that's several times a week or nightly, and handle the routine essentials: trash, restrooms, break rooms, floors, and common areas.

  • Commercial cleaning covers the full range of what your business might need, from one-time deep cleans and post-construction cleanup to periodic detailed service. Janitorial is our recurring, scheduled maintenance, the routine day-to-day upkeep that keeps your space consistently clean. Many businesses use both: janitorial to stay maintained, and periodic deep cleaning when it's time for a reset.

  • Yes. Commercial cleaning is provided under a service agreement that outlines your schedule, scope, and pricing. This keeps expectations clear on both sides and ensures consistent, reliable service you can count on.

  • Yes. Soundview Cleaning Co. is fully licensed, bonded, and insured, and we're happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance for your records or property management requirements.

  • We take access and security seriously. We'll follow your preferred method for entry, whether that's a key, code, or badge, and we maintain careful control of all access credentials entrusted to us.
